A New Book: “Wired for War: The Robotics Revolution and Conflict in the 21st Century,” P.W. Singer, the Penguin Press, 2009.
Peter Singer is a Senior Fellow at the Brookings Institution and has worked in the Pentagon, as well as consulted for the departments of Defense and State, the CIA, and Congress. This, his third book, describes what happens when science fiction starts to become a reality on the battlefield. It reveals how technology is changing not just how wars are fought, but also the politics, economics, laws, and ethics that surround war itself. We were pleased to provide informational assistance to Mr. Singer for this book.
